Do you think I am going to have to get my tonsils removed?

Thank author of this post/commentSo I noticed that one of my tonsils is larger than the other. No pain. No other problems. No sore throat, no problems swallowing, no scratchy throat. Should I go to the doctor? What if it's cancer?!?! My glands aren't swollen, please help! I'm scared!!!
