Answers: Out on medical LOA and co. is setting up scenario were I will re I AM SO SORRY THIS IS SO LONG IT TAKES A WHILE TO EXPLAIN...short time line I am 53 and a former Teacher of 13 years...2006 10/2006 worked as Kelly temp. March 2007 hired as a level higher than some other employees, 2007 have accommodation for Migraines for 1-3 days per month if needed so absence are excused, Oct 08 I have leave of Absence for High blood Pressure illness returned in April of 09. During 09 there were some instances were I appeared to have dome Co policy problems, calling for absences that were covered by my accommodation but came back unexcused, the co. had "lost" it, but had one for something that I had never asked for. So I was on a Documented Verbal warning for attendance. Then I did make an error in the way I sent as issue, did not use the correct template. I was told by My supervisor, another supe. and a Lead that I had made the error. The last 2 had no right to be involved this is from a rep in the Associate Service Center. Then I was told that my name had been mentioned as a person that always sent issues to the wrong place. The procedure for this is take the employee each time and give them a "coaching" I never had received even one coaching, I dbl chked this with the Lead for our "Team". April 2010, i blacked out a work for 9 minutes, was sent in an ambulance from work to Hosp. stayed for 24 hrs for observation. Diagnosed as Narcolepsy, Drivers License suspended and take off work due to seizure risk, In July 2010 the Co. changed the firm the does the FMLA/LOA paperwork, so I was given approval until at least Sept 2010. The new co. ended my leave on July 30, advised me on Fri.Aug, 6 at 4:30 that they required paperwork returned by Mon Aug 9. Dr. office did it, Certified letter from Co. on Sat Aug 7 to return to work on Aug 10 or I was Voluntarily resigning (no UI benefits if you quit a job). I questioned this, was given 3 different answers as I countered the answers I was given.Now they are saying that thee paperwork did not show a need for further leave, upon chking the paperwork the box th |

It takes time for the approval of a particular medical procedure because the experts need to make sure that it is going to be effective for the patient and it won't cause too much suffering to him. | First of all you must give importance to your health above all the bad things that is happening in your career right now.More stress of thinking about it all the time will hamper your recovery. take time to love yourself. the problem about the leave of absence can be put aside and take a relaxation technique like strolling in the park. The important thing here is your health more than anything else. |

I know that all of us maintain a healthy lifestyle because we consider health as our wealth and the key to survive the competition of life. Since I was young I have always wanted to be a doctor. I really want to help other people and I also dreamed of taking part in helping a great development in the medical procedures. |
| I would suggest that you find yourself a lawyer or some legal advice, I suppose not too expensive, as you seem to be low on funds, but getting involved in these issues can be quite tricky as the systems, especially the medical systems are set up in a way that the people in charge, on top, whatever you want to call it, do get the upper hand whenever it comes down to it. |
