uninsured and need surgery?

Thank author of this post/commentI live in pennsyvania and recently lost my job due to store closing. I was recently told by my doctor that I need to have surgery for endometriosis but I cant get medical insurance and I can't afford to pay for the procedure. Is there any where I would be able to get help?
