I remember that I have a friend who couldn't breath one time that we were having lunch because she was choking and I didn't know what to do and how to help her. She was grasping my arm real tight because she couldn't breath so I panicked. Good thing one of our friends knew how to do first aid. He performed Heimlich Maneuver on her, which eased her breathing and made her feel better. |
