Army medical lab training transferable?

Thank author of this post/commentI am signing up for the army enlisted as an e-4 because i have a bachelors degree.. And im signing up for a medical lab specialist MOS and the training will cover all of the subjects required for medical school... So will AIT training transfer into college credits so that i can apply for medical school/HPSP in a year or two?
