How much science is involved in Occupational Therapy?

How much science is involved in Occupational Therapy? I understand that Occupational Therapy is in the medical field and therefore basic knowledge of how things work is important. However, do you have to be a real science buff to study OT? I am much more creative and into English, reading, writing, etc. I have always had a hard time with math and science.
